Data Residency in one paragraph.

European tenants are processed in eu-west-3 (Paris) with a hot standby in eu-north-1 (Stockholm). UAE tenants are pinned to me-central-1 and do not replicate into the EU. No tenant data leaves its chosen region, including backups and log aggregation.

Support access from outside the region is possible only through a session-recorded bastion, with the ticket reference attached, and is listed in the monthly access report you receive.
